It does it through empowering these communities and groups to get self-organized, build effective partnerships, articulate problems and push for change based on an understanding of the rights, roles and responsibilities of themselves and the institutions working for them. In all KBHAO activities special attention will be focused on the most isolated and silent constituencies, i.e., orphan, women, disabled and children. .
